Shipping policy

At Vital Earth, we are proud to be a Canadian brand. All orders are packed and shipped with care from our facility in Windsor, Ontario.

1. Processing Time

We know you want your superfoods fast.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (like sales or product launches), please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number as soon as your label is printed.

2. Canadian Shipping

We ship coast-to-coast across Canada.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 CAD (before tax).

  • Flat Rate: For orders under $50, we offer a simple flat rate of $14.99.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 Business Days

    • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 4–7 Business Days

    • Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, PE, NL): 4–8 Business Days

    • Remote/Territories: 7–14 Business Days

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Canada. We are working on expanding to the USA and other countries soon—stay tuned!

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.

  • If your tracking has not updated after 3 business days, please contact us at vitalearth.fit@gmail.com.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately at vitalearth.fit@gmail.com. We will try our best to fix it before it ships.

  • Vital Earth is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us immediately. We will replace it free of charge.

  • Lost: If your package is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building concierge first. If it is still missing after 48 hours, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
