Q: How do I get the creamiest cup of coffee? A: Because we don't use artificial chemical emulsifiers or hydrogenated oils, our creamer acts a little differently than the fake stuff! For the best frothy texture, we recommend using a handheld frother or a blender. If you are just using a spoon, give it a vigorous stir and let it sit for a moment to melt completely.
Q: Why isn't my coffee bright white? A: Traditional creamers use Titanium Dioxide (a white pigment often used in paint) to turn coffee white. We refuse to use that. Our creamer uses natural coconut oils and acacia fiber, which gives a golden-creamy hue rather than a stark artificial white.
Q: Can I use this in things other than coffee? A: Absolutely! It’s delicious in matcha, tea, or even blended into your morning smoothie for an extra boost of collagen and healthy fats. You can even bake with it—try adding a scoop to pancakes or muffins.
Q: Is this product Keto-friendly? A: Yes! Our creamer is high in healthy fats (MCTs and Coconut) and low in net carbs, making it perfect for Keto, Paleo, and low-sugar lifestyles.

Q: Where are your products made? A: Vital Earth products are proudly Formulated and Packaged in Canada. We source premium ingredients globally (like our coconuts) and bring them to our facility in Canada for quality testing, blending, and packaging.
Q: There is a small packet inside my bag. What is it? A: That is a silica gel desiccant packet. It keeps your powder fresh and dry by absorbing moisture. Do not eat it. Please discard it once you have finished the bag.
Q: Does your collagen taste "fishy"? A: Not at all. We use premium hydrolyzed marine collagen that is virtually tasteless and odorless. In our Creamer, you will only taste the rich coconut and natural flavours.
Q: Is your packaging recyclable? A: We are constantly working to improve our sustainability. Check the bottom of your specific pouch or tub for the recycling number and check with your local municipality's guidelines.
