At Vital Earth, we stand behind the purity and quality of our products. Because our products are consumable superfoods, we have specific guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
1. Returns on Unopened Items
We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the safety seal intact.

Process: Please email us at vitalearth.fit@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Opened Products (Final Sale)
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Once a safety seal is broken, we cannot resell the item, and it must be disposed of.

Exception: If you believe the quality of the product is compromised (e.g., unusual texture or smell), please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@vitalearth.fit with a photo of the issue.

Our Promise: We will replace any damaged or defective items at no cost to you. We want to ensure you get exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
